From the East: Take I-78W to Pennsylvania. Pay Toll. Take 33N to 22W to *.
From the West: Take I-78E to 22E (towards LVI Airport) to *.
From the South: Take PA Turnpike (476N) to Exit 56 (Lehigh Valley) to 22E to *.
From the North: Take 33S to 22W to *.

*Exit 987 North (Airport Road) towards LVI Airport. At the third light make a left onto Race Street. Go approximately one mile. Gym is on the left. Go past building and turn left onto Fashion Drive S. then take a left into our parking lot.
